It’s, Like, Society, Maaan…

Geez, I feel like Thom Yorke forcing Naomi Klein’s No Logo on people, but if you’ve got a bit of time to waste, I really do suggest watching a BBC series called The Trap that I just found on YouTube.

It’s a doco about the way society and the idea of “freedom” has evolved into something a bit wierd and increasingly restrictive. That sounds lame. Don’t worry, it’s not. It’s actually pretty good fun (in a specific kind of way) and you may even find it slightly mind-bending. I’ve just got through the first episode and I’m pretty floored by it. It’s like Michael Moore, but with better research and more self control*.
